Terms of use

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of the CBrain website. By using the site you accept them. Use of the CBrain service itself is governed by a separate agreement with each customer, and nothing here replaces it.

What is on the site

The site presents CBrain, an AI product delivered as software as a service (SaaS), and lets you ask for a demo. The runs shown on the page were produced by the CBrain engine when the page was built. Their gates and blocks are real, but the agents' work is simulated, as the page itself says. The diagram, the routing and the figures are there to illustrate, and are not a promise of any particular result for any particular customer.

Acceptable use

You may read the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You may not try to harm the site or the server behind it, get around its security measures, flood the form, or use it to send anything other than a genuine enquiry.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, diagram and code belong to CBrain, except for the open-source components it uses under their own licences. Do not copy them or use them commercially without written permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, CBrain is not liable for loss caused by using the site or by relying on its content.

Privacy and accessibility

How the site handles the information you give it is explained in the privacy policy. What has been made accessible, and how to raise an accessibility issue, is in the accessibility statement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at its top, is the one that applies. Questions: [email protected].
