Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what the CBrain website collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to ask to see it or have it deleted. It covers this website only. The CBrain service that customers run on their own data is governed by a separate agreement.
Who we are
This website belongs to CBrain. For any privacy question, email us at [email protected].
What the "Book a demo" form collects
- Your name, if you choose to give it. It is optional.
- Your email address, so we can reply.
- Your message.
- Where you came from: if you arrived through a link tagged with campaign parameters (utm), or from another page, the parameters and the address of that page are sent with your message, up to 64 characters each. Your browser holds them only until you close the tab, and they leave it only if you send the form.
Why
We use these details only to reply to you and arrange a demo. We will not send you marketing email, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it is kept
The website does not keep your message in a database. The server sends it as an email, through the email delivery service Resend, to the company's inbox, [email protected], hosted on Google Workspace, and it is kept there.
How long
A message that did not lead to you becoming a customer is deleted after 12 months. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner, as explained below.
To stop the form from being flooded, the server counts submissions from each network. To do that it holds your IP address and the network it belongs to in memory only, counting in ten-minute windows. The address is not written to disk or to any log, and it is dropped when the server restarts or when its place is needed for other addresses.
Third parties
- Cloudflare: the site is served through Cloudflare's network, which protects it and carries traffic to it. When the Turnstile security check is on, Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and our server sends Cloudflare your IP address to confirm the check.
- Resend: delivers your message to our inbox as an email.
- Google Workspace: hosts the company's inbox, where your message is kept.
Some of these providers process data outside Israel.
Traffic measurement
The site runs no analytics tool and sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare keeps general statistics about traffic to the site on its side, without cookies, and your browser may report network errors to Cloudflare, and only those, so connection faults can be found.
What is stored in your browser
The site sets no cookies of its own. It stores in your browser only the language you chose and whether you paused the animation, plus the source details described above until you close the tab. Cloudflare may set essential cookies of its own for security.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email [email protected] from the address you wrote to us from, and we will handle it. If the request comes from a different address, we may ask you to confirm that the original message was yours before we share anything.
Changes
If we change what the site collects or who receives it, we will update this page and the date at its top.
